Without Walls is a network of 35 partners working together to create, develop and tour innovative outdoor arts. Their staff team supports a wide range of activities, including commissioning and providing support for artists, producing touring programmes and supporting creative engagement work.
They needed a CRM system that would enable them to manage their contacts, and support processes across different parts of their organisation, as well as integrating with key project management systems.
Indigo worked with their team to understand their complex needs through a series of workshops to agree short- and long-term objectives, understand the challenges with their current set up and identify their needs for a new system.
Having agreed on their priorities, we researched and shortlisted a number of systems, working closely with the Without Walls team to demo and test a selection of systems against agreed use cases. Following this rigorous process, we supported the team through the scoring, selection and procurement, before handing over to a member of their team to lead the implementation.
Without Walls are now successfully up and running with a new off-the-shelf CRM system with integrated email, having worked with us to define and agree new ways of working. We continue to be in touch with the team to share best practices while they fully embed their new system.
The team at Indigo were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and diligent in their approach to our CRM procurement. We worked in partnership, testing and scoring each system together, creating a collaborative experience that meant the team was as invested as we were in finding the right solution.
