We are delighted to announce we are one of three organisations/projects to have been shortlisted for a Digital Culture Network Award in the Data Driven category as the Insights Alliance with our partners Baker Richards and One Further.
Following the After the Interval survey in the first months of Covid-19, Indigo's CEO and Founder, Katy Raines created the Insights Alliance with Baker Richards and One Further to help the cultural sector gather the essential audience insight needed to plan for the successful recovery of the sector.
Together, we created the Culture Restart Toolkit, which included a Post-Visit Experience Survey, Digital Experience Survey and the Audience & Visitor Tracker which received nearly 100,000 audience responses between October 2020 and July 2021.
We're really pleased to have been recognised for our role in helping to provide audience insight for the benefit of the entire cultural sector. We would like to thank all of the organisations who have joined us along this journey, as well as our Insights Alliance partners Baker Richards and One Further.
We're honoured to have been shortlisted alongside two other brilliant projects.
