Indigo appoints Kerry Radden and Flo Carr as Associate Directors

Today we announce Kerry Radden and Flo Carr as Indigo Associate Directors. Kerry and Flo will work alongside CEO & Founder Katy Raines as we continue to expand our audience research and consultancy offer for the sector.

Kerry Radden joins Indigo having spent more than six years at the Royal Shakespeare Company as Head of Audiences and Marketing, leading on audience strategy across the full range of RSC work. She has worked in marketing and organisational strategy for over 20 years, principally within the arts and culture sector, including as Marketing Director at Battersea Arts Centre and as a freelance consultant for over a decade.

Kerry is an experienced facilitator and trainer, and holds the Market Research Society Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

As Associate Director, Kerry will lead on high profile sector-wide projects in the arts, culture and heritage sectors, as well as working directly with Indigo's client portfolio across the UK and Ireland. She joins full-time in January 2023.

Flo Carr, currently Indigo’s Head of Consultancy & Client Services, joined the company as an Associate in 2020, having held communications, marketing, CRM and theatre management roles at a range of organisations including English National Opera, Arcola Theatre and Cambridge City Council. During 2020, she worked with Katy Raines to develop and deliver Indigo’s extensive programme of audience sentiment tracking research during Covid, which was recognised in 2021 with a series of industry awards.

Since then, Flo has led and contributed to consultancy, research and CRM projects across Indigo’s client portfolio and a number of sector-wide projects. As Associate Director, Flo will continue to work directly with clients while focusing on the development of Indigo’s collective research offer for the sector.

The Indigo team includes Project Coordinator Tori Moore, Data & Research Executive Anastasia Starikova and a wide range of Partners and Associates including Kate Sanderson, Alan MacGregor and Kate Fitzgerald

Katy Raines, Indigo CEO & Founder, says:

“I’m delighted to welcome Kerry to our team of cultural audience specialists. Her experience is a perfect fit for our current and expanding client base and within the Indigo team.

“As an organisation, we’re committed to providing insight and guidance to support organisations in an ever-changing cultural landscape. Since 2020 therefore, we have continued to expand our team of consultants and supporting specialist staff so we can respond to the needs of the sector. With Kerry and Flo as our new Associate Directors, I’m pleased that we’ll be in a position to do this in 2023 and beyond.”
