We have today announced Founding Partner Katy Raines as Indigo's Chief Executive Officer, as we continue to develop ambitious plans to support the sector’s recovery.
During Covid, our After the Interval surveys generated the largest set of cultural audience sentiment data in the world, freely shared for the benefit of the sector. Katy Raines went on to form the Insights Alliance, bringing together expertise from Baker Richards and One Further to support the sector’s restart and recovery.
In recognition of this work, Katy Raines and Indigo were recently shortlisted in two categories of the Covid Response Awards, including for outstanding leadership, and nominated for the Women in Tech Awards.
Associate Flo Carr has been appointed to the new role of Head of Consultancy and Client Services. After supporting delivery of Indigo’s Covid research programmes, Flo joined the team as a full-time Associate in November 2020 from the Arcola Theatre where she was Head of Communications & Marketing.
Also new to the team is Research & Admin Assistant Kesi Earle-Phillpotts, an award-winning graduate with broad campaigns and events experience. The Indigo team also includes a wide range of experienced Partners and Associates including Kate Sanderson, Alan MacGregor and Kate Fitzgerald.
Indigo continues to work directly with cultural organisations to support marketing and audience development strategy, whilst increasingly working on collaborative sector-wide audience research and insight projects. Find out more about what we do.
Sarah Gee, Co-founder and previously Managing Partner, has left Indigo to focus on other projects, including her part-time role as Chief Executive of Spitalfields Music and her new company, NSG Productions.
