During 2021, we developed and ran research programmes to help cultural organisations put audiences at the heart of planning. With your help, and the help of our Insights Alliance partners Baker Richards and One Further, we continued to produce vital insight to support the cultural sector.
We’ve demonstrated the good that can be achieved through collaborative working and sharing, and we are delighted to have been recognised with a number of awards at the recent Covid Response Awards and the Ticketing Business Forum.
But more importantly, we are pleased to have been able to support so many amazing organisations in welcoming audiences back to cultural events when they were able to happen in 2021.
Thank you for joining us on this journey, which unfortunately looks like it will not be over any time soon. We are determined to continue this work in the coming months and beyond and hope you'll stick with us to do that.
